We undertake fabrication jobs for various branches of industry, such as:

We deliver single elements as well as complete assemblies, machinery and installations, in single-item or short-production-run lots. Our speciality areas are mechanical working of weld constructions, forged and cast-steel components, and the assembly of complete machines.
We produce, test and optimize prototypes.

For our clients we undertake:

• Material delivery:
  steel, cast steel of various qualities and forged components of all shapes
  
  
• Machining:
  On a center lathe parts up to 20t, 1700-mm diameter, 6000-mm length
  On a vertical turning mill parts up to 60t, 8200-mm diameter, 3200-mm height
  On milling and boring machines parts up to 30t, 11000-mm length, 3000-mm height
  
  
• Assembly:
  complete machinery, including hydraulic and electrical equipment
  
  
• Finished weld constructions, up to 60t
  
  
• ... and more:
  installation, repair, maintenance and testing on-site or at the factory
  hardfacing by automated welding of wearing sheets in flat or bent condition
